I stumbled across the Keening mod at Planet Elder Scrolls here: http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=9576
The download link leads to http://www.automatichamster.com/keening/downloads.shtml
But for several days I'm getting a Website Not Found error for automatichamster

The Keening mod is really great, I've enjoyed it a lot. I didn't know there was an issue with the download site, and I haven't heard from Dana in quite a while. You might look on the Officials and send her a pm to find out what's going on. She was getting a lot of flack over the MCA 7 requirement, and may have gotten disgusted with the whole thing, I don't know.

You can get the files from us:

Keening complete.
Keening clothiers.
Keening sound.

Neil was a beta tester for Keening and should be able to let you know if you need any additional files outside of Westly's Master Head Pack and MCA 7.0. I've never used it, so I'm not sure. Let us know if you're missing anything and I'll get those links up. I'll also create a sticky thread with links once we have them all.

I did not follow all the links on the page, so I don't know if there is any more recent information on this project or which ones might be broken. It appears the only mod hosted on that site is Mournhold Expanded.
