Skyrim Map Markers
==================

This mod adds a lot of map markers for places that doesn't have a map marker in vanilla.

In total, there are over 100 *new* map markers added into the game.

What this mod does is to let the player to discover new places, places you had no idea that existed in Skyrim.

A new place

This mod have the best result in a new game, but can be installed in your current game.

I also plan to convert this mod for the Skyrim Special Edition (PC-version only) as soon the 64-bit CK is available.

Installation
---------------

Just extract the archive into Skyrim\Data and activate the esp in the Skyrim Launcher or use the mod manager you're using, but I'll not offer support for MO or NMM since I haven't tried these mod managers before.

I only offer support for WB since I use WB myself.

Uninstall
------------

Just delete the Skyrim Map Markers.esp in the Skyrim\Data directory or use the mod manager you're using.

You can uninstall this mod anytime since the mod doesn't install any scripts.

Credits
----------

- Bethesda for Skyrim and the Skyrim Creation Kit
- Serethil at the Bethesda forum for finding another Shrine of Talos (I didn't know that shrine existed)

Additional Information
-------------------------------

The mod has been cleaned in TES5Edit 3.1.3 (Only re-clean the mod in a newer version of TES5Edit) that now have support for SSE

There shouldn't be any issues, unless another mod is editing the same cell and have replaced a map marker from this mod.

Should you have an issue then try to load this mod last in your loadorder.

Let me know if you got an issue with this mod.

Updating this mod doesn't seems to require a clean save, at least I haven't notice anything odd when working with this mod.

Just replace the current Skyrim Map Markers.esp with an updated Skyrim Map Markers.esp. In WB just overwrite the old archive, unless you want to keep it, then use anneal in BAIN to update this mod.

There is also a new map marker type added into the Skyrim Map Markers 1.2 version and below is the changelog for this mod.

- 1.2 Added two map markers for mineral deposits (requested by Gruftlord at the AFK Mods forum)
Added map markers for every dragon burial mounds, that exist in the CK, only Kynesgrove Dragon Burial Mound will have the named dragon as a name for that map marker
Added a map marker for the Helgen Keep Cave (where the player exit during the MQ101 quest)
Added a map marker for the Bleak Falls Sanctum (where the player exit during the MQ103 quest)
Added a couple new map markers for you to discover

- 1.1 Corrected a map marker that had incorrect name while I was testing the mod

- 1.0 Initial release

I'm working on an update and I want to ask the people here who is using the Skyrim Map Markers mod about posting a picture of your game map where you think a map marker could be added.

I'll at least consider adding such a map marker, perhaps your suggestion is already included in the Skyrim Map Markers 1.2 version.

The other day I decided to postpone my update until SSE is released the 28th of October, so in the mean time anyone can post a picture of their game map and request a map marker to be added for a location you have found.

I'll at least consider such a request, but perhaps a map marker is already for the location you requested for in the 1.2 version.

I changed my mind about releasing the 1.2 version before SSE is released the 28th.
